Shipping Policy 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the checkout page.

Customs and duty tax

If the order is shipped to the U.S., Hong Kong, there are no customs tax on loose stones and diamonds. But, many countries (including China, India, etc.) tax international loose stones orders. In these countries customs officials assess duties and taxes on gemstones and diamonds goods based on information provided on the shipping label. It's important to note that these taxes will not be paid by us and needs to be paid by the buyer directly to the shipping carrier. 

Shipping options 

  • Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on orders over $500. Just select this option at checkout when you have items that total over $500 in your cart. During promotions, we also provide coupons for free shipping to our loyal customers. 
  • FedEx (International Priority): Orders deliver typically in 3-5 business days. Please visit the FedEx website for information about this option. 
  • FedEx (International Economy): Orders deliver typically in 5-7 business days. Please visit the FedEx website for information about this option. 
  • Flat Rate of $100: For few shipping addresses around the world, the other Fedex shipping options can exceed more than $100 price. We include this option to put a cap on the shipping price at $100. If it exceeds more than the mentioned amount, we will cover the rest of the costs. Orders are delivered typically in 5-7 business days with this option. 
  • Free pick up at jewelry exhibitions: During a major gemstones & jewelry exhibition season (JCK Las Vegas, Tucson, Hong Kong Trade show, etc.) we provide our customers an option to pick it up from our booths for free, if we are carrying that item or was preordered before the show start date. 

Other information

  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). 
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. 
  • The estimate delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you have selected. 
  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
  • We do offer international shipping to almost anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to very few international destinations.

Return Policy

All purchases have an extended 10-day return policy.

We design our gemstones to help our buyers get the best version of their imagination to reality, so if they are not working exactly right for you, we have got you covered. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I return an order? 

If you need to return an item, you can enjoy free return by signing in to your account and starting a return from your orders page. You can also contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
 

What about defective or flawed items? 

We stand behind all of our diamonds and gemstones. If your item is result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), and it's been more than 10 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

When do I get a refund? 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
